To troubleshoot the iOS App:
1. Make sure you are using the most recent version of the bulb iOS app. If you are not, head to your App Store and select "Update."
2. If you are on the most updated version of the bulb iOS app and having trouble, click SAVE to save the content you are creating, then hard quit the app by double clicking your home button and swiping the app away. Then re-open the app.
3. If you are still having your issue, try logging out of your account on the bulb iOS App, then logging back in.
4. Double check that your internet connection is strong.
