You have multiple names on bulb, which all serve slightly different purposes.
See below for a guide on each type of name and how to change them.
First Name & Last Name: This name is determined by you or your organization at the time of sign up. This is the name that you see in the top right-hand corner of your main profile page. Generally, it is your first name and last name, and is only visible to you and your organization admins.
Display Name: This is the name that shows up throughout bulb as you interact with bulb pages through comments, publish your own content, participate in groups, displays on tiles of collections or pages you've created, displays on other users' activity feeds when you "like" their content, etc. If you choose not to enter your preferred display name, it will default to your first name and last name. To change your display name, navigate to your settings.
Profile Name: This is the name that is displayed next to your avatar photo on the home page of your bulb profile. It is only displayed in this one location. When your account is created, this will default to your display name. You can change this name by placing your cursor on your profile name on your bulb profile home page, and typing something new.
Username: Your username is determined by you or your organization at your time of sign up. It can contain up to 30 letters (not case sensitive), numbers, underscores, and dashes. Your username will also be part of your unique bulb portfolio URL: www.bulbapp.com/UsernameHere.
