Sharing applies visibility to your pages & collections.
SHARE a page:
1. Click on a page & navigate to the blue SHARE button on the top right corner of your screen.
2. Click SHARE and the SHARE modal will pop up. Add your visibility here.
- WHO CAN SEE THIS PAGE- you can click Public to share publicly, and then fill the fields to notify Organizations, Groups or individual bulb users, or you can click Custom to only share to your Organizations, Groups or individual bulb users.
- SEARCH FOR PEOPLE IN BULB- adding a username of another bulb user will pop up another modal where you can search a name and add them to 'other bulb users'
- For sharing outside of bulb
- SHARE LINK- this generated link can be copied to send to anyone in our outside of bulb (just make sure to share publicly if you're sending the link outside of bulb).
- Social Media- click the social icons to share your page via socials.
Reminder: once a Share option is selected, or a field is filled, that Page or Collection is then immediately visible to whoever it is shared with.

Note that the auto-default is "Just Me." If you do not click another share setting, then your page will be only visible to you. |
SHARE a collection:
1. Click into the collection & navigate to the SHARE button.
2. The SHARE collection modal will pop up. Add your visibility here.
*This will automatically save and ANY pages inside the collection will inherit your collection visibility.
- WHO CAN SEE THIS PAGE- you can click Public to share publicly, and then fill the fields to notify Organizations, Groups or individual bulb users, or you can click Custom to only share to your Organizations, Groups or individual bulb users.
