To contact bulb support from the iOS app:
The bulbCare Team is here to help with anything you need! Make sure to follow the steps below and we will be in touch shortly.
We are available to you Monday through Friday from 7:30AM to 5:00PM MST.
1. From your Profile's home screen, select the Three Dots Menu in the upper right hand corner.
2. Click CONTACT SUPPORT.
3. A pre-populated email will pop up addressed to firstname.lastname@example.org stating "Hi, I'm a bulb user and I have a question." Type your specific question here.
4. Please do not delete any of the content that is pre-populated into the email, as we need it to be able to best know how to support you! These items are: the subject line, your device and app version number, and various attachments called "logs."
