What media formats does bulb support?

bulb is a workspace for users to express their ideas simply and beautifully. Using our online page editor, users can craft ideas using a variety of media from text, images, videos, audio, files, and embedded websites. 

All supported media formats have a maximum file size of 10 GB.

Images
Maximum: 10 GB or 10,000 x 10,000 resolution

Image types supported:  .heic, .bmp, .gif, .jpeg, .jpg, .png, .tif, .tiff, .webp

Video
Maximum file size: 10 GB
Supported Formats: 3g2, 3gp, ASF, AVI, FLV, M4V, MKV, MOV, MP4, MPG, MKV, WMV, Quicktime, and Embed videos using URL from: Youtube and Vimeo

Audio
Maximum file size: 10 GB
Supported Formats: MP3, WAV, and M4A

Files

Maximum file size: 10 GB

bulb supports file attachments of nearly any type, but the following also display as a visual embed view:

Microsoft: Word (10 MB*), Excel (5 MB*), Powerpoint (10 MB*), and PDF (10 MB*)

* This is the maximum embed file size. Any file smaller than 10 GB but larger than the indicated maximum size above will upload as a file attachment instead of a visual embed view. 

Google: Docs, Sheets, Slides

Apple (via iCloud online): Pages, Numbers, Keynote

URL Embed

bulb uses iFramely as an embedding service, supporting rich media from 1,900 domains and generating previews for thousands more.
