Take your school work with you into the future by updating your current bulb contact information today.
It's simple. Just follow these steps:
1. Login to bulb
2. Click your name in the upper right hand corner
3. Select SETTINGS
4. Add a bulb password and click ‘Update’ (Don’t worry— the password field will remain blank, but the password is saved.)
5. Add your personal email address (if you don't have a personal email don't worry you can just use your username. It is easy to remember your username as it is a part of of your profile url (i.e. www.bulbapp.com/username)
6. Follow us on Twitter and Instagram (@bulbapp) to keep up with new features, tips & tricks and examples of what others are doing on bulb
When you leave your school your bulb account will drop to a free account. Remember, if your account becomes a free account you do not loose any work that you previously created. You just lose some premium features (Unlimited page sharing and resume sharing, and content capture from your device) moving forward. As an individual you also have the option to upgrade your bulb account to our personal bulb plan for as little as $2/month.

Can't access your bulb account to add a personal email address.
If you have lost access to your school email address, email help@bulbapp.com and provide
1. Your bulb username (i.e. your profile url www.bulbapp.com/username)
2. Your expired school email address
bulb will set a temporary password access so you can update your settings with a personal email address and password.
You added a personal email address but your password is not working and password reset is not working.
You probably didn't add a bulb password via your settings or you forgot your password. Not a problem. Email help@bulbapp.com and provide
1. Your bulb username (i.e. your profile url www.bulbapp.com/username)
2. Your expired school email address and/or your personal email address.
bulb will set a temporary password access so you can update your settings by deleting your school email and making your personal email your default email. That way in the future you can use the "forgot password" link on the login page and it will go to your default email address.
