To reset your password:
1. On the bulb Login page, click "Forgot your password?"
2. Next, you will be directed to a new page that will have you enter the email address associated with your bulb account.
If you do not know what email address is associated to your account, please ask your Administrator or contact the bulb Care Team at help@bulbpp.com . |
Once you have submitted your email, a page confirming an email was sent will pop up.
3. Check your inbox and open the email from Bulb. The link will redirect you to a page asking you to create and confirm your new password.
